Driven by an enterprise-grade Qualcomm Atheros 560MHz processor, it features an integrated 9dBi 2x2 dual-polarized directional MIMO antenna that focuses energy to execute stable wireless transmissions stretching across distances of over 5 kilometers in clear lines of sight. To eliminate network congestion inherent to the crowded 2.4 GHz spectrum, the device runs on TP-Link's proprietary Pharos MAXtream TDMA (Time-Division-Multiple-Access) technology, which coordinates transmission intervals to optimize real-world throughput, minimize heavy multi-client latency, and prevent hidden node collisions. Encased in an IPX5-rated weatherproof and dustproof outdoor enclosure capable of operating in extreme climates (-40°C to 70°C), it integrates 15KV ESD and 6KV lightning protection to ensure continuous uptime through heavy electrical storms.
