MEDIA CONVERTER
Brand: MikroTik
The 1000Base-FX Gigabit Media Converter is a highly reliable, plug-and-play network accessory engineered to bridge long-distance fiber-optic lines with traditional copper-based RJ45 Ethernet infrastructure. Operating over single-mode fiber cabling at a wavelength of 1310nm, it seamlessly converts an incoming optical path into a standard 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 copper network signal, allowing you to extend a stable network connection over distances of up to 15 kilometers (9.3 miles). The unmanaged unit features an integrated dual-fiber SC connector interface alongside a Gigabit copper port with Auto-MDI/MDIX support, fully backed by front-facing diagnostic LED status lights to monitor real-time link activity and power stability. Please note that because this is a brandless, generic hardware solution, the exact physical casing, paint color, or LED light layout of your unit may vary completely from stock catalog or web images due to continuous manufacturing revisions across different factory suppliers; however, the internal chipset, core technical specifications, and network bridging functionalities remain completely identical
